All guitars feature a full Carbon Fibre Composite body and neck, with wooden fretboard and bridge for traditional styling and appearance.

The carbon composite gives an instrument with a life extended way beyond that of any wooden instrument. Also, the carbon composite guitar retains its acoustic properties regardless of environment or age.

This means that the guitar will sound the same in the tropics as in an ice house. The composite guitar is also unaffected by humidity changes. Put it in a swimming pool, empty it out and keep on playing as well as the day it was made.

For a professional musician, this means a consistent instrument throughout performances of a tour, or consecutive nightly performances.

The whole guitar is engineered to take full advantage of the properties of carbon fibre reinforced composite technologies and the manufacturing processes involved, giving lightness and stiffness. This is shown by the rounded corners top and bottom, giving enhanced sound transmission throughout the whole guitar body.

The unique design of the top reinforcement was arrived at after prolonged Finite Element Acoustic Analysis, and practical development models. This design, and others similar, are the now subject to Registered Design and Patents Pending.

Unlike a traditional wooden guitar, there are no end grain edges to hide, so purflings are unnecessary. Also, because of the thin composites making up the instruments, decorative inlays are not possible, and would only serve to affect the unique acoustic characteristics negatively.

These are guitars that are meant to be used, and will even take a little more abuse than normal, and keep coming back to you like a terrier, ready for action time and again.
